Learn how to access your address records and update your address information.

  1. To begin updating your BEACON account information login to begin enter your username and password select the login button on the claimant portal home screen
  2. Select the account profile and maintenance main menu item on the account profile and maintenance screen select the claimant maintenance icon on the claimant maintenance screen select the address summary tab view the address information in the grid
  3. To modify an address select the blue address hyperlink in the contact type column after you select the hyperlink you will be directed to the address information where you can make the necessary changes on the claimant address maintenance screen update the address details in the available fields select the save button we are at the end of this process you have seen how to access existing address information and how to update new address information in this segment of the video
