Web History Employment Blacklist

There is strong evidence that you should be applying for jobs with a clean browser history. Technology today allows most websites to be able to track all kinds of information about you while on the site.

Even stronger evidence suggests that the Government is looking for web history that indicates you were visiting sites that the government is cracking down on. These forbidden websites mostly surround those of whistle blower activities previously that focus on non-public information.

Most importantly if you happen to be viewing news articles and commenting about whistler blower activities with comment systems like Facebook, Twitter, personal email, etc.  you will likely find yourself to be eliminated from Federal Government employment.

It should be common sense to keep a clean history of comments regarding accounts that have little to no anonymity like Facebook.  Employers especially the Federal Government are very critical of the discretion that its workers will have, and a comment history is a great way to determine a future problem.
