Great insight of the hiring process

Marc Cenedella the founder of job search site The Ladders recently posted a great insight into why the boss didn’t hire you for the job you applied for.

In many regards the reasons are pretty obvious you didn’t get the job.  Here are a couple of the big points, but it is worth a full read.

• Never saw your resume
• Didn’t understand why you were applying
• Your resume didn’t grab their attention
