New webite helps people with jobs get better ones
As we’ve said before in this economy job seekers that have been laid off are generally not even considered for new jobs. Most hiring taking place by companies is of workers that are currently employed.
The actual existence of this job market has spurred the creation of Job Poacher. A site that currently employed workers can post their resumes and wait for bigger and better job offers to flow in.
The homepage of the site kind of looks like an Ad Lib to fill out, only the questions are pretty serious:
