Real World Corporate Training Program

Lately the idea that companies will take the time to train their workers especially new graduates to do their jobs is something that is an after thought at best.

Even though Whirlpool has been quite the job cutter of the the last few years during The Great Recession it still seems to understand that job training is important.

Whirlpool has a training program modeled after the MTV show Real World.
