9.3 million workers stuck in Career Purgatory

There are at last count officially 12.8 million people looking for work and about 3.5 million job openings.

That leaves about 9.3 million workers left in Career Purgatory waiting for someone to take a chance on them, or finding a way to get new job training, or go back to school.
